Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully before using an Intelligen charging station. By using the station, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Use of Charging Equipment

• 1.1 You must use a charging cable that is suitable for your e-bike or Light Electric Vehicle (LEV).
• 1.2 You must ensure that the cable is in safe and proper working condition. Do not use any cable that is frayed, exposed, or damaged in any way.
• 1.3 Only compatible charging equipment should be used with the charging station.

2. Safe Operation

• 2.1 You are solely responsible for connecting and disconnecting your e-bike/LEV.

3. Time Slot & Removal of Vehicle

• 3.1 You must remove your e-bike/LEV no later than the end of your agreed charging session.
• 3.2 If your vehicle is left beyond the agreed time, Intelligen is not responsible for its safety, and access may be provided to the next customer.

4. Security and Responsibility

• 4.1 Intelligen is not responsible for the security or safety of:
  • 4.1.1 Your e-bike/LEV while it is charging or left unattended.
  • 4.1.2 Any accessories or personal belongings left inside or attached to your vehicle.
  • 4.1.3 You are solely responsible for securing your belongings and ensuring your vehicle is not left in a vulnerable state.

5. Indemnity & Liability

• 5.1 By using the Intelligen charging station, you indemnify Intelligen and its affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, or costs arising from:
  • 5.1.1 Improper use of the equipment;
  • 5.1.2 Use of defective or incompatible cables;
  • 5.1.3 Damage, theft, or loss of your vehicle or possessions;
  • 5.1.4 Injury or harm resulting from misuse or negligence.
• 5.2 Intelligen makes no warranties, express or implied, about the availability or continuous operation of the charging station unit.

6. Maintenance & Fault Reporting

• 6.1 If you notice any issues or potential safety concerns with the PowerPod, please report them immediately via the JNPR website.

7. User Conduct

• 7.1 Users must not tamper with, vandalise, or interfere with the operation of the charging station or any of its components.

8. Solar Energy Disclaimer

• 8.1 Intelligen charging stations are powered by solar energy. As such, the availability and charging speed may vary depending on weather conditions, seasonal changes, and daylight hours.
• 8.2 While every effort is made to ensure consistent performance, users acknowledge that energy generation may be reduced during periods of high demand and/or low sunlight (e.g., winter months or overcast conditions), which may impact charging session effectiveness or availability.

9. General Conditions

• 9.1 Charging sessions are subject to availability and may be suspended for maintenance without prior notice.
• 9.2 Misuse of the station or violation of these terms may result in a ban from future use.
• 9.3 Intelligen reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. The most recent version will always be displayed on the JNPR website.
