1. What is a powerPOD?
A powerPOD is a secure solar-powered charging station for LEVs - Light Electric Vehicles (ebikes, scooters, and other small electric vehicles).
2. How do I access a powerPOD?
You access a powerPOD by scanning the QR code on the front door, booking through our system, completing the payment and getting the code to unlock the door.
II. Log In & Registration
1. Do I need to create an account to access the powerPOD?
Yes, first-time users do need to register and create an account to access our booking system.
2. What if I don't receive the verification code?
If you don't receive the verification code, please check your spam folder. Moreoever, the mail delivery system may not work properly with older email address providers. We recommend trying a different email address, preferably one ending in @gmail.com.
III. Booking Process
1. How do I book a powerPOD?
Scan the QR code on the powerPOD, follow the link to register (if it's your first time) or log into your account, choose your preferred pod and booking duration, and complete the payment process.
2. How long can I book a powerPOD for?
You can select your preferred duration with options ranging from 15 minutes to a full day (until midnight).
3. Will I receive confirmation of my booking?
You'll receive a receipt after completing your payment, which can be used as proof of your transaction in our records.
IV. Using the PowerPOD
1. Do I need to bring my own charger?
Yes, please make sure to bring your own charger with you. The powerPOD only provides the power outlet.
2. How do I unlock the powerPOD?
Enter the secure code you received through our website into the keypad on the powerPOD door.
3. How do I charge my LEV (ebikes, scooters, and other small electric vehicles) ?
After placing your LEV inside and plugging your charger into the socket, press the yellow button to release the solar energy and begin charging.
4. What happens if I forget to press the yellow button?
If you don't press the yellow button, your e-bike won't charge. This is a critical step in the process.
5. Does the door lock automatically?
Yes, the door will automatically lock securely when you press and close it properly.
V. Finishing Your Session
1. How do I retrieve my e-bike when I'm done charging?
Enter the same code you received to unlock the powerPOD door.
2. What should I do when leaving the powerPOD?
Remember to unplug your charger, take all your belongings, and ensure the door closes properly behind you.
3. What happens if I stay longer than my booked time?
Please ensure you return before your code expires. After your booking ends, you will not be able to see the code on your dashboard page. We will not be responsible for any belongings left behind after expiration.
VI. Troubleshooting
1. What if my e-bike isn't charging?
Ensure you've pressed the yellow button . No press means no charge! If the issue persists, please report it to us via the quick form provided below in the Contact Information section.
2. What if I forget my access code?
Check your dashboard for the temporary access code. If you still can't find it, contact us for support.
3. What if I leave something inside the powerPOD after leaving?
Contact customer support immediately. We recommend always double-checking that you have all your belongings, especially your charger, phone or wallet, before leaving.
